I have loads of experience recruiting and building teams for Fortune 500 companies, startups, and small businesses. Technically, I have an MBA, although I've definitely learned more about building businesses working with startups for the last 8 years.

What I've learned to be true:
✓ Start-ups and small businesses wait way too long to bring in recruiting and HR support.
✓ This leads to costly, unintentional mistakes and blind spots that could have easily been avoided if they just had experts helping them along the way.
✓ Founders & Owners think HR is something anyone can do so they pass it off to the wrong people or think they'll figure it out, later. Which is almost always too late.
